Old City
Hall
Tarpon Springs, Florida
The restoration of this seventy-eight year old colonial revival structure
involved all exterior architectural elements, including columns, capitals,
cupola, cornices, clock and roof. The interior work included replacement of
all non original features and materials with original items. Walls were
re-plastered, woodwork refinished, and fireplaces restored. New electrical,
heating, and air conditioning systems were added, along with an elevator and
handicap accessible restrooms. This building is now listed on the National
Register of Historic Places.
