LUTHERAN CHURCH OF THE CROSS
DAY-SCHOOL
PHASE I, PHASE II, PHASE III
St. Petersburg, Florida

Challenged by a compact and unusual shaped site Renker Eich Parks proposed a solution which included a two story, Phase I Classroom Building (14,713 s.f.). Which saved valuable site square footage. The project was master planned to be built in phases for economic and growth considerations. The Phase II expansion included Administration Offices (1,219 s.f.), Media Center (1,850 s.f..), and Music / Art / Multi-purpose (4,508 s.f.) arranged around a small entry courtyard. Locating the buildings on the street facing property lines of the site reserved the remaining area of the site for play fields.

Phase I of this project was completed in September 1998, with a budget of $1,150,000.

Phase II (7,577 s.f.) was completed in December 1999, with a total construction cost of $748,000.
