NEW ADMINISTRATION & GYMNASIUM RENOVATION

Dixie Hollins High School's Administration building was too small and it's
30 year old Gym was completely inadequate.
This solution included building a new (13,500 sf) Administration Building in
front of the old administration building and allowing students to pass
through the new building to access the vacated building as the new "Night
School Administration facility."
Our solution for the Gym included adding a lobby to the front of the
existing metal building , while completely removing and
replacing the shower and locker facilities for a combined (28,000 sf). The
gym's single loaded seating was replaced with double loaded seating to allow
more seating in less space. The court was re-oriented 90 degrees to
accomplish the additional / preferred seating arrangement. |
